Beta Notice

The App is currently in beta testing. This means the service is provided on an experimental basis, may contain bugs or incomplete features, and is subject to change. The App is provided free of charge during the beta period.

1Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AI Wallet ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.

2Description of Service

AI Wallet is a mobile application that helps you organize, track, and manage gift cards, coupons, vouchers, loyalty cards, and receipts. The App uses AI technology to scan and extract information from documents.

3User Accounts

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

4Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to damage, disable, or impair the App

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or other accounts

Upload malicious content, viruses, or destructive code

Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code

5Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and logos, is owned by the Operator and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you upload (such as receipt images). By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process and store this content solely to provide the App's services.

6Third-Party Services & AI

AI Processing

The App uses external AI services to process documents and images. When you use AI-powered features, your content may be transmitted to third-party AI providers.

Authentication

The App integrates with Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In, subject to their respective terms.

7Wally AI Assistant

The App includes an AI chat assistant ("Wally") that provides information and suggestions about your wallet. Wally's responses are AI-generated and should not be considered financial, legal, or professional advice.

AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are solely responsible for verifying all information and making your own decisions.

8Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-powered features (scanning, Wally) may produce inaccurate results.

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information extracted, displayed, or suggested by the App. Do not rely on the App for financial decisions without independent verification.

9Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our maximum aggregate liability shall be limited to the greater of $50 USD or the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim. This does not apply to fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

10Termination

You may terminate your account at any time using the "Delete Account" feature in Settings or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases and we may delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Israel.

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis, not as part of a class action, where permitted by law.
